DELIVERY
Atlas Atelier ships to the United States of America, the European Union, and the United Kingdom.
Orders are processed on business days only — Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2pm EST (North America) or 2pm CET (Europe and the United Kingdom) are processed the following business day. Processing takes 1–3 business days. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is sent on dispatch.

Delivery times Standard delivery in Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States: 3–5 days. Express delivery in Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States: 2 business days (orders placed before 2pm EST). Delivery times depend on destination and shipping method and are estimates, not guarantees.
Duties and taxes The price shown at checkout is inclusive of taxes and duties for the delivery region. No additional charges apply after purchase to receive the shipment.
Address restrictions Delivery is not available to P.O. boxes, freight-forwarding addresses, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Delivery addresses must be verified before completing checkout — Atlas Atelier is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incomplete details.
Delayed or lost shipments Once an order is handed to the carrier, Atlas Atelier is not responsible for transit delays, or for lost or stolen packages. Tracking is provided with every dispatch — for the most accurate delivery updates, follow the shipment directly with the carrier. Damaged or incorrect on arrival: contact concierge@atlasatelier.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs, and a replacement or full refund follows, shipping included. For EU and UK consumers: this does not affect statutory rights — including the legal guarantee of conformity, under which risk passes on delivery, not on carrier handoff. See the Terms of Service.
RETURNS
Orders placed on atlasatelier.com may be returned within 14 days of delivery (US) or under the 14-day right of withdrawal (EU/UK). To qualify, products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- An 8% processing fee is deducted from approved return refunds. The fee does not apply to faulty items or to statutory EU/UK withdrawal refunds.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for faulty items and statutory EU/UK withdrawal cancellations.
- Return postage is the client's responsibility unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Sets and coffrets are returned complete; a gift with purchase is returned with the order it accompanied.
- International orders are final and non-refundable, except where consumer law provides otherwise — including the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal.
- Atlas Atelier reserves the right to limit or decline returns in cases of policy abuse.
Non-returnable items Opened, tested, or used products, unless faulty. Gift cards. Products purchased through retail partners — these are returned to the retailer directly, under that retailer's policy.
How to start a return Email concierge@atlasatelier.com with the order number and a brief note. Atlas Atelier confirms the return address and, for faulty items, provides a prepaid label. Items must be unused and in their original, sealed condition, except where the item is faulty. A tracked service is required — Atlas Atelier is not liable for returns lost in transit.
Refunds Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Timing thereafter depends on the financial institution. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full, including any return shipping.
