Where are Atlas Atelier products made? Presently, in Italy and Germany. Atlas Atelier is committed to innovation excellence and may expand to new countries for future products.
Where can I find the full ingredient list? On every product page and on the packaging. Review it before use in case of known sensitivities.
Are your products tested on animals? No. Atlas Atelier requires every supplier to follow European law on non-animal testing, and products are not sold in any country that requires animal testing.
Do your products contain fragrance? No. Atlas Atelier formulas are fragrance-free.
Is the packaging recyclable? Yes.

What payment methods are accepted? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
ORDERS & DELIVERY
Where does Atlas Atelier ship? The United States of America, the European Union, and the United Kingdom.
How long will an order take to arrive? Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on destination and shipping method: standard delivery in Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States is 3–5 days; express delivery is 2 business days (orders placed before 2pm EST or 2pm CET).
How can an order be tracked? A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is sent automatically on dispatch.
Can an order be changed or canceled? Not once fulfilled. Before fulfillment, contact concierge@atlasatelier.com immediately. The EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal is unaffected.
What is the returns policy? Unopened, sealed products: 14 days of delivery (US), 14 days (EU/UK). Opened products cannot be returned unless faulty. Full terms on the Delivery & Returns page.
