PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: September 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Atlas Atelier collects and uses personal data. Atlas Atelier complies with the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, for California residents, the CCPA/CPRA.

Who is responsible Atlas Atelier Corporation, 447 Broadway, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10013, USA, is the data controller for online sales; Jacob Washington SAS (23 rue d'Anjou, 75008 Paris) acts as its EU fulfillment operator in France. Contact: concierge@atlasatelier.com.

What is collected

  • Identity and contact data: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address
  • Order and payment data: items purchased, amounts, payment confirmation (full card numbers are never received)
  • Account data: login and preferences, where an account is created
  • Marketing data: consent and communication preferences
  • Technical and usage data: device, IP address, and site usage (see the Cookie Policy)

How it is used, and the legal basis

  • To process and deliver orders and provide client care — performance of a contract
  • To meet legal and tax obligations — legal obligation
  • To send marketing where consent has been given — consent, withdrawable at any time
  • To secure, improve, and analyze the site and prevent fraud — legitimate interests

Who it is shared with Only providers who help run the store, under contract and only as needed: Shopify (e-commerce platform), the payment provider, fulfillment partners and carriers, the email/marketing tool, and analytics providers. Atlas Atelier does not sell personal data.

International transfers Because US orders are fulfilled in the United States and some providers operate outside the EU/UK, data may be transferred internationally. Where it is, appropriate safeguards apply, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention Personal data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements — order records for the period required by accounting law; marketing data until consent is withdrawn.

Your rights You may access, correct, delete, or port personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent, by emailing concierge@atlasatelier.com with the subject "Privacy request." EU/UK residents may complain to a supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL). California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale/share" — Atlas Atelier does not sell data.

Changes Updates to this policy are posted on this page with a revised date.
